Join one of Queensland’s biggest Allied Health teams – a dynamic and energetic hub of clinical excellence, evidence based practice, peer support and absolute commitment to outstanding client outcomes.

  • Supervision toward Registration and Membership – your every day work counts as supervised fieldwork.
  • Group and 1:1 clinical mentoring
  • Established pathways for a long term, rewarding career
  • Opportunities to undertake and present research – get your first publication while working with us!

About us

We are one of Queensland’s biggest Allied Health teams, specialising in the support of young people, people with mental illness, and people with an intellectual disability.  We are building a dynamic hub of excellence in Clinical Practice, with supervisors and senior clinicians on staff to support and mentor you.  You will be joining a team who have studied (or are currently studying!) the same coursework as you – we ‘get’ good clinical practice and now how to support emerging clinicians.

We have roles for brand new, emerging clinicians and career paths that can see you work through to advanced levels of practice, specialisation or leadership.

Wherever you are in your clinical journey, we have a job for you and highly attractive salary and benefits to match!

About you
You will have a passion for evidence based practice and excellence in clinical practice!

You have a thirst for knowledge, an energy for learning and willingness to contribute to the learning of your peers.

You are excited by outstanding clinical practice and seeing this translate to the personal development of your clients.  You have a positive attitude, energy to burn, and love working as part of a high functioning team

Essential requirements

  • Currently studying in the field of psychology or social work – we have roles for undergraduates who are planning their next move, or those seeking 4+2 or 5+1 registration
  • Hold a current QLD Drivers Licence
  • Hold a current blue (working with children) and yellow (positive notice card) or be willing to obtain one
  • Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
