In January 2024 Hirondelle Private Hospital will open as iMH’s second private mental health hospital. Hirondelle Private Hospital will provide integrated mental health services to the Northern Sydney community. With 45 mental health beds, the team of psychiatrists, medical, nursing and allied health professionals will provide a wide range of treatments across inpatient, outpatient and community settings through flexible care pathways.

Essential Criteria:
- Experienced Allied Health Professional.
- Current registration with AHPRA or AASW.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous health care management experience.
- Knowledge of Mental Health services.
- Ability to develop and implement business plans with KPI monitoring.
- Ability to manage rosters and human resourcing for Allied Health department.
- Ability to liaise with medical and nursing staff regarding patient management.
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work cooperatively and positively influence work teams.
- Familiar with Private Health Insurance, DVA, Workcover, Third-party and Medicare requirements related to allied health care.
- Intermediate to Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Hospital Patient Management Systems.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience with webPAS.
- Previous experience working in a private hospital setting.
- Demonstrated participation in quality improvement activities.
