Community Based Mental Health Service – Burnie and Devonport, TAS
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Allied Health Professional to join our team in Burnie and Devonport, TAS.
Our organisation provides a comprehensive range of mental health services for the local community. We are committed to providing a supportive environment for our clients and promoting positive health outcomes.
The successful candidate will provide high quality, evidence based mental health services to our clients. You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions. You will also provide education and support to clients and their families.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• A relevant degree in Allied Health or Psychology
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a mental health setting
• An understanding of mental health conditions and evidence-based interventions• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to ongoing professional development
• Working with Children and Vulnerable People registration
