Instinct Au is a NDIS registered service. We are a neurodivergent-led and neurodivergent-affirming practice that incorporates brain-based and sensory-based integration to support individuals and their families/support networks to develop strategies that aid in skill development, increased subjective wellbeing and authentic individual expression. We are currently looking for Allied Health Specialists (Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Pathologists, Developmental Educators, Psychologists and Social Workers) to work with our participants and team. We provide full training and mentorship programs. Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
We work with a collective of organisations, including DivergAntz Collective, TecAntz and The Experience Collectors. Due to this, we have extensive work opportunities available for those seeking with children, teenagers and/or adults in a variety of settings in both centre (clubhouse) and providing specialist behaviour support (neuroscience based, NOT applied behaviour analysis) in the homes of those we support and in community.
For those appropriately qualified, we also have a footprint in the field of diagnostic assessment, along with a range of other assessments. We are leaders in our field and offer a career, not a role. Working with us is likely to set practitioners up as ND Affirming leaders in their own practice.
