We are seeking an Allied Health Trainer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality vocational education and training to students pursuing a career in health.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver vocational education and training programs in health-related subjects at Certificate II & III level.
- Assess student learning and progress, providing feedback and support to ensure the successful completion of courses.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them to achieve their career goals.
- Work with industry to ensure our students successfully transition into their chosen employment.

Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification – Desirable
- At least 3 years of experience in delivering vocational education and training in health-related subjects – Desirable
- Certificate IV qualified Allied Health Assistant with a minimum of three years of professional experience in allied health services OR a registered Allied Health Professional – Desirable
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and accreditation requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and commitment to helping students achieve their career goals.
