AOD Recovery Coach
Hader Private is a world class drug and alcohol rehabilitation service in Geelong, Victoria.
We are looking for skilled and motivated AOD recovery coaches with lived experience to join our multidisciplinary team.
Their primary role will be to provide peer support, facilitate groups and accompany our clients to and from community meetings.
Our Lived-Experience team is expanding peer support into new areas of service delivery. We require passionate and dedicated personnel who may have lived experience and knowledge of the 12 step philosophy to join our team.
About the facility
Hader Private Geelong is an accredited Private Hospital treating people experiencing Drug and Alcohol dependency. Our primary goal is to fully relieve suffering addicts and families from the pain of active addiction. We provide clients and their loved ones with a gateway to recovery that aids not only a drug and alcohol free life, but a life where they feel like they can achieve their full potential.
About the role
We have flexible roles to support our 24/7 clinical program. The ability to work with clients to achieve their goals is paramount. You may be looking for a full time, part time or casual support role. You may have experience in our sector or be a new graduate looking for experience in the AOD recovery sector.

Qualification Requirements
- A minimum of a Cert IV in AOD or Mental Health or studying same
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
