The Role
Are you an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant looking to specialise in one area? Due to growth, we are seeking experienced Senior Assessment Specialists to join our teams in Sydney. Choose from our conveniently located offices located in either Alexandria or Parramatta.
We are seeking talented seniors wishing to specialise in one off assessments & Medico-Legal work for a range of business lines including Workers Comp, CTP, Liability & Life Insurance.

About you
Your expertise and communication skills will be what you are known for! You’ll be curious and will continuously seek out ways to improve customer’s experiences and outcomes.
You will be qualified as a:
- Mandatory: Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor with full relevant registration.
You’ll also need:
- Minimum 3 years of workplace rehab experience;
- Mandatory: Experience delivering specialist one-off rehab assessments, incl. Vocational, Earning Capacity Assessments and Psychological Assessments;
- Other specialist skills highly regarded, e.g. mediation;
- Other management & injury management experience highly regarded;
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement;
- Demonstrated commitment to drive quality outcomes including a strong customer focus;
- An ability to accept and drive accountability for yourself;
- Current Police Clearance;
- Working with Children Check;
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking & problem solving;
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach.
