About the Australian Psychological Society (APS)
As Australia’s peak body for psychology, the APS represents members from across the country – and we are growing fast
We are a thriving and diverse organisation committed to social impact, inclusion and sustainability. Every day, we are pushing to improve lives of Australians by focusing the lens on community issues like mental health, loneliness and the pandemic, to the psychological impacts of climate change and natural disasters.
We are future-focused, undertaking a digital revolution to transform our services, brand and culture, and to ensure our people have the technology and tools they need to work in both a blended and virtual model.
We are proud of our history, and we are excited about what’s next.
Work from home
We work in a hybrid model. Most team members currently work from home, with the option to work in our Melbourne CBD office when it suits them, or as the business requires (i.e. for large planning meetings). We have staff in most states and territories, and you don’t necessarily need to be Melbourne-based to be successful in this role.
We also offer many staff benefits, including paid social impact leave.
