Restaurant Hubert is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead and inspire our team. The role suits a career restaurant professional who prides themselves on delivering exceptional service and is equally passionate about guiding and supporting their colleagues.
Now in its seventh year of operation, Restaurant Hubert is famous for its beautiful transportive ambience, decadent French cuisine and its showcase of leading jazz musicians, who perform live in the dining room every lunch and dinner service.
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for running the venue in tandem with the General Manager and should have previous experience in overseeing venues of a similar capacity and calibre.
The position requires an extensive knowledge of fine dining systems, reservations processes and restaurant financials. An in depth knowledge of food and wine is a pre-requisite for the role and should accompany a reasonable grounding in all other beverage categories.
