We have an incredible team of highly competent and diverse psychologists and consultants based in Western Australia, in addition to two French speaking Psychologists based in France and a Spanish speaking Psychologist.

About the role
We are seeking an Associate Psychologist / Consultant to join our team and support the growth of our business in WA. You will need to have at least 5 years (ideally 10 years and above) of experience working as a Psychologist in an organisational setting providing coaching, leadership development, and/or facilitation of programs. You will need to be a fast learner who is confident and able to manage a dynamic and changing environment. The role will require you to be able to fly to mine site locations in in regional WA and occasionally to Eastern States locations to deliver our programs. You will have the flexibility to work different days as required in any week. Ideally we are seeking someone who is looking for a flexible work schedule but relishes challenging and meaningful work.

Skills and experience
- Registered Psychologist (ideally Masters qualified)
- At least 5 years working in an organisational capacity (but ideally 10+ years)
- Highly skilled facilitator with evidence of outstanding feedback
- High level of communication skills
- Ideally experience working in a FIFO setting or site/regional experience
- Confident with technology and use of various applications
- Able to travel to mine sites for up to five days at a time
- You will need your own ABN
- You will need to have your own Professional Indemnity insurance
- You will need to be Perth based
