About the facility
The Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) is responsible for delivery of specialist evidence based mental health assessments and treatments to infants, children and young people up to 15 years. Specialist clinics are provided for Infant mental health and Autism Spectrum Disorders. The service also provides specialist training and consultation to other child and family services.
The Child and Adolescent Mental health Service (CAMHS) provides high quality best practice assessment and treatment to women and their families in the perinatal period, infants, children and adolescents experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties.
About the role
In this role you will work within the CAMHS multidisciplinary team providing assessment and treatment to children and young people and their families where there are concerns that they have an Autism Spectrum Disorder.
To be successful in this role it is essential to have registration or be eligible for membership in a relevant health professions: Nursing, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy or Psychology.
