The team at Bright Eyes is growing and evolving. We’re looking for colleagues who love working with children and those who support them, to join our welcoming and well-resourced clinics across two locations – Pymble on Sydney’s North Shore and Katoomba in the scenic Blue Mountains.
Working primarily with neurodiverse children and young people, we are a specialist clinic committed to providing the very best in quality and evidence-based care. In this role, you will be working to provide a mix of direct client supports, family and school consultations, and assessments. Bright Eyes staff work closely with their peers and experienced supervisors in a collaborative, supportive, and flexible workplace.
Your role:
- To combine your love of working with children and your exceptional clinical skills. Your role will involve a mix of assessments, report writing and consultations for a maximum of six client hours per day.
- To design and implement skill acquisition programs utilising the principles of applied behaviour analysis
- To conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based behaviour support plans.
- To work in collaboration with paediatricians, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and other health professionals to meet client goals.
- To provide holistic and person-centred care to your clients, including actively involving parents and schools where appropriate.

Your Qualifications & Experience:
- Registered as a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA) with Association of Behaviour Analysis Australia (ABAA), or as a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Two years+ experience working with children in diverse settings, such as paediatric mental health and/or an educational context.
Your Qualities:
- Able to develop rapport with children, adolescents, and parents.
- Able to work 3 to 5 days per week
- Comfortable with commitment and a desire to establish a long-term, loyal client base amongst a caring team of colleagues.
