Behaviour Support Assistant Different Lens Consulting

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate and caring Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team.

Your role will include working closely with our team, supporting practitioners within their roles, attending visits with practitioners when required, supporting the social and skill development programmes that we run on & off site. Alongside administration duties which will include collecting & collating data and incident reports, tracking of behaviour/ sleep/ attendance, compiling/ creating resources, solo visits to clients/ families under the guidance of the practitioner and attending to any ad hoc tasks.

Perfect position for someone who is interested in behaviour support and would like to develop their skills alongside a supportive team.

Ideally you have previous experience in the Allied Health or Specialist Education space.

You show initiative and are an out of the box thinker

You can work collaboratively with a team.

You have experience running or facilitating groups.

Our office and clinic are located in Eltham, and we see participants across Melbourne.
