JOB DESCRIPTION

ABC is seeking exceptional practitioners in each of our service areas. We offer you sector leading remuneration, flexible working arrangements, and full administrative support so you can provide the highest quality behaviour support to NDIS participants.

At ABC you will work alongside a dedicated team of disability professionals, including Behaviour Support Practitioners, Lead Practitioners, Office Managers, and a Clinical Lead. You could be the next Behaviour Support Practitioner to complement a local team in one of the following locations: Northern Rivers (Grafton Office), Mid North Coast (Port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour Office) and New England (Tamworth office) of New South Wales.

Do you have excellent communication skills with an ability to maintain productive relationships?

Can you demonstrate knowledge of behaviour support strategies and how to overcome barriers for implementation? 

Do you have knowledge of NDIS RRP processes, NDIS systems, and the disability sector?  

You will need intermediate computer skills, including the use of Microsoft office products.

Essential Criteria

A relevant tertiary qualification- allied health, psych science, social work or similar. 

A valid Driver’s License. 

Maintain behaviour support practitioner registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a proficient practitioner. 

WWCC and NDISWC clearance requirements.

Full COVID-19 vaccination.
