Base Salary = $93,000 with Super paid on top

About You
- You’re an experienced person-centred behaviour support practitioner
- You live and work in the Coffs Harbour – Grafton Region, with a deep understanding of, and connection with, your local community (or you are willing to move there and build this)
- You’re Passionate about freedom and social connection for people affected by disability through easy access to Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- You speak your mind directly and you value mutual respect, empathy and collaboration
- You’ve qualifications or equivalent experience in: Psychology, ABA, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, or Social Work.
- You’re a Suitable PBS practitioner as assessed via the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission, ideally assessed at Proficient or above (or possessing sufficient workplace evidence to attain this)
- You’re willing to support the growth of other team members as a colleague and a future leader
- You will eagerly develop and implement an ongoing individual learning plan
