Conscious Healthcare SA is a leading registered NDIS provider of allied health therapies. We work with NDIS participants to support them in achieving their goals. Our multi-disciplinary team including Behaviour Support Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians, Social Workers and Developmental Educators, use a collaborative and person-centered approach to provide services. We work with people and their families and communities, right across the greater Adelaide metropolitan, Hills, Fleurieu, Barossa, Riverland, York Peninsula and Mid North areas of South Australia. We are looking to engage Behaviour Support Practitioners in all these geographical areas.
We currently have a range of full and part time employment opportunities available for qualified, registered and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners.
Our Specialist Behaviour Support team service individuals with complex needs by providing tailored assessment, intervention and training to care teams.
Conscious Healthcare SA has a strong focus across a range of conditions including learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit/hyperactivity and global developmental delay.

About you
- You are fully qualified and registered
- You hold relevant tertiary qualifications such as physiology, social sciences, speech pathology, occupational therapy or behaviour sciences.
- You are eligible for NDIS registration to provide specialist behaviour support
- You hold required evidence to work in an NDIS risk assessed capacity
- You have experience in providing clinical and/or behaviour assessment in the disability sector
- Demonstrated skills and experience in working with people with disabilities
- Experience in working with challenging behaviours
- Exceptional communication skills including high level written skills
- The ability to work as a part of a multidisciplinary team
