Awesome opportunity to work with one of Adelaide’s premier teams! We are expanding our services, and are currently seeking an experienced behaviour support practitioner with appropriate tertiary qualifications. This is a mixed caseload and will be negotiated with the right person.
In this role, you will have the autonomy to build the behaviour support services program nationwide, providing high quality support and therapeutic case work to private clients, and participants of the NDIS.

About You
To be a successful candidate you will have:
- Demonstrated experience and skills in providing specialist behaviour support services to children and adults
- Demonstrated experience in delivering services to people with disabilities.
- Demonstrated skills in developing rapport and provision of interpersonal and trauma informed services to children and adults
- Demonstrated ability to appraise and critically reflect on clinical work, and participation in clinical supervision.
- Skills in providing Telehealth will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated skills in case management for NDIS participants will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated knowledge of autism and intellectual disabilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguard commissions requirements around restrictive practices
Skills & Experience Required:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (mandatory), plus additional training in behaviour support (Monash PBS, IABA, highly desirable)
- Current police check and relevant South Australian checks including child, vulnerable person, and NDIS worker screening (or willingness to obtain).
- Unrestricted driver license.
- 2+ years experience in case management and counselling.
