BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT PRACTITIONER

A national NDIS community based organisation providing allied health services across Psychology, Positive Behaviour Support, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Exercise Physiology. Our client has over 200 clinicians nationally and part of a larger parent Company with numerous other brands offering great career pathways across the broader group. 

 

About You!

If you tick the below – keep on reading!

  • You have experience working as a Behaviour Support Clinician with NDIS clients and are at proficient or advanced level for PBS Clinicians with the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Commission (or eligibility to achieve)
  • You are clinically proud and love to share your knowledge with your team
  • You may have a qualification in allied health, social care or psychology with a passion for behaviour support
  • Also welcome to accepting applications from BCBA’s

 

About the role

Caseload : 

  • 100% NDIS predominately in the community however the business has plans to roll out clinics as well however this was delayed due to COVID
  • Servicing participants from 7-65 years of age
  • Caseloads available in and around the area that you live

Salary Packages 

Packages will be in line with experience & a range of factors around your support needs however will consist of base salary + car allowance + sign on bonus + super. 

Base Salary Range : 80K-100K 

Car Allowance : 5K 

Sign on Bonus : 2-5K (depending on location)

Super : 10%
