Who we’re looking for
EACH is on the lookout for a Behaviour Support Practitioner, with a working knowledge of NDIS legislation and standards. We want to hear from applicants that truly care about and listen to customers, evaluate their own work with a desire to improve and look to deliver the best possible outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A qualification in Social and/or Health Sciences or equivalent
  • Experience in a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner position
  • Deemed suitable by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission to deliver Positive Behaviour Support at the level of Core Practitioner or above
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in disability, mental health and/or early childhood

Your new role
You will be supporting NDIS participants across all ages, helping customers and their support networks implement recommendations to improve quality of life and reduce behaviours of concern. Previous experience with NDIS will mean your efforts will have the best outcomes for our customers.

We offer a unique learning program that is customised to your interests and skillsets. At the end of each week, you’ll be able to see the incremental positive effects upon the customers you support, through designing, delivering, monitoring and evaluating your Behaviour Support Plans. While the results of your work can be measured in the short-term, in the long-term, customers will live fuller lives by receiving the support they need.

Who you’ll be working with
We are a small but growing, enthusiastic, tight-knit group of high-performing practitioners who form a larger Southern Melbourne NDIS team!

Currently, our team has extensive experience in Mental Health, and in the role, you will be well-supported by a Team Leader who is qualified as a Mental Health Occupational Therapist and Behaviour Support Practitioner. You will also have funded external supervision.

Your team will be based in Narre Warren and services will consist of home and community outreach appointments across the Casey, Cardinia and Greater Dandenong regions.

We provide:
