Position Overview: Are you ready to be a catalyst for change? As a Behaviour Support Specialist at Nourish, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of those we serve. Your commitment to fostering positive behaviour changes aligns with our values of empathy, respect, and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive deep into understanding individual behaviour, embracing the uniqueness of each person
  • Craft and implement personalised behaviour support plans, tailored to unlock their full potential
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our interdisciplinary teams, creating a harmonious and holistic support ecosystem.
  • Share your expertise through training sessions, empowering support staff and caregivers.
  • Deliver training to Support Workers on topics of interest throughout the year.
  • Keep the flame of progress alive by monitoring and adjusting interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current registration with NDIS 

Yours Skills:

  • Your track record showcases your commitment and success in behaviour support and analysis.
  • Your communication skills are a symphony of empathy and clarity.
  • Your adaptability and collaborative spirit make you a perfect fit for our dynamic environment.
  • Bonus points for being a certified behaviour analyst (BCBA)
