About The Role
As an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with participants, families, carers and stakeholders to deliver person-centred services to enhance participation and independence, empowering people with a disability to live a full life and achieve their goals.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Clinical Services, you will
- Utilise behavioural, psychological and evidence-based theories to design, develop and implement strategies and intervention plans
- Complete assessments (including data collection and analysis) of risk and behaviours of concern.
- Work within the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission requirements, the NDIA terms of business and any State Based Restrictive Practice Authorisation requirements.
- Actively participate in regular professional supervision with external clinicians
- Achieve billable targets

You exude a positive attitude and are adaptive and flexible to the changing needs of clients and the business. Building and nurturing strong business relationships comes naturally to you.
Skills and qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health professions, Social or Behavioural Sciences, Social Work or working towards
- Experience in applying evidence-based frameworks and delivering clinical supports
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem solve
- An understanding of working within the NDIS billable hours environment
- Current NSW Driver’s License
- First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children Check
Successful applicants will require a full COVID-19 vaccination and booster. An offer will be subject to a police clearance and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
