This last year Distinct Directions spent over 10,000 hours supporting 1000 or more people in need, assisting them to manage their pain, and live better, more fulfilling lives. With a mission to make a real difference on track, their plan for 2023-24 is to increase this to 20000 hours – This is where we need YOU. We are looking to fill multiple roles across our sites for both Junior & Senior Behaviour Support Practitioners.

What we are looking for from you:
- Eligibility for or registration as Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Experience providing person centred support for individuals with complex behavioural support needs
- Competent report writing skills
- The willingness for continued learning and growth
