About the role, you will:

  • Have the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds 
  • Functionally assess people with complex behaviours
  • Create positive Behaviour Support Plans using evidence based best practice to improve the quality of life for our participants who have disabilities
  • Develop the skills and provide support to Support Workers
  • Understand the NDIS Commissions reporting guidelines and requirements
  • Provide clinical services to address specific challenging behaviours
  • Participate in trans-disciplinary practice within the team and consultation with other regulatory bodies
  • Liaise with other relevant professionals or agencies as required

About You:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant field (Psychology, Occupational Therapy or Social Work)
  • Operational experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of the NDIS framework
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently, organise and prioritise competing demands
  • An understanding of Microsoft office
