Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored behaviour support plans.
- Providing behaviour therapy services to clients focusing on skill development and behaviour change.
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support.
- Maintaining accurate and thorough records of client progress and intervention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in psychology, counselling, social work, or a related field.
- Previous experience or a strong interest in behaviour therapy and disability support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
