The Role
Take your career in education and pastoral care to the next level by working with our boarders during student term time. As a Boarding House Supervisor, you will assist with the running of the Boarding House and provide active support and supervision to our boarders. 

You will need to demonstrate compassion and be a caring member of our team and be capable of fostering strong, positive, and respectful relationships with our students. 

The role would suit an individual who ideally has had previous experience supporting adolescent girls in a residential environment, or an education/welfare setting and/or candidates working towards a qualification in education, psychology, youth work or counselling. 

Boarding House Supervisors are responsible for an average of 15 hours per week in the Boarding House during student term time.  The Boarding house team work on a roster.  The 15 hours may include duties such as morning wake-up and early morning supervision, before and after breakfast and afternoon supervision between the hours of 3.20pm and dinner, and evening shifts. 

As this position is non-residential, you will be paid for all hours worked.  Accommodation is not provided.

As Boarding House positions involve responsibility for the care of female boarders between the ages of 12 and 18, we are seeking female applicants only.
