Where you’ll be working

BreastScreen NSW is part of the national program BreastScreen Australia, which is jointly funded by the Commonwealth and state and territory governments. 

Managed by the Cancer Institute NSW, the BreastScreen NSW Coordination Unit program is delivered by nine Screening and Assessment Services which are located and managed within Local Health Districts, including Murrumbidgee Local Health District.

About the Role

The position of Nurse Counsellor is responsible for providing information and counselling support to clients attending the BreastScreen program regarding all aspects of breast health.
