Career Transition/Outplacement Coaches

Prima Group is Australia’s leading provider of Career Transition/Outplacement services. On an annual basis we partner with over 300 corporate clients, many of which are top 100 ASX listed companies, and provide support for over 5000 impacted people.

Prima has experienced consistent organic growth during 2022 and is now looking to expand its team of experienced Career Coaches in 2023 to support our program participants ranging from CEOs and international leaders through to blue collar workers.

As part of the Prima team:

• You will join an impressive team of Career Transition Coaches
• You will receive a full induction and training on Prima’s innovative and world class technologies
• You will have the flexibility to work from our offices and/or from home
• You will have the support of a responsive and friendly back-office team
• You will be fairly remunerated for your contribution

Successful applicants will need:

• A track record in the successful delivery of Career Transition/Outplacement programs for leading corporate clients – blue and white collar employees
• A desire for flexible working arrangements which will include a variety of hours depending on client demands.
• Suitable qualifications in career coaching and relevant coaching accreditation with ICF or CDAA (highly desirable).
