  • 2 * Full time max term until 30th June 2023
  • Covering Northern Sydney Area, office in Artarmon
  • Salary: $79K plus super with additional salary packaging

Your Opportunity

Working across Northern Sydney, you will provide case management support to people with AOD use or misuse and complex psychosocial need to be able to achieve their goals

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Face to face case management and outreach support for people with AOD use or misuse
  • Provide an intensive wrap around support with referral and connection to services
  • Manage incoming new referrals of clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders  
  • Provide accurate record keeping and updating of case notes and reports
  • Uphold the program values and standards to ensure a positive outcome

 Requirements for Success

  • A relevant qualification in Community Services, Social Work or related field
  • Strong Case management experience
  • Driver’s Licence
  • Trauma informed knowledge
  • Senior First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Provide evidence of full Covid 19 vaccination

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
