About the Role:

We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Domestic and Family Violence Case Manager to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for working with women, children, and young people who have experienced domestic and family violence. You will identify and assess risk and needs, deliver coordinated case management services, support clients in obtaining safe and sustainable housing, and advocate for and empower women to access the services they need. Additionally, you will participate in the delivery and evaluation of activities, groups, and programs responsive to the needs of women and children.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have a degree in social work, social or behavioural sciences, along with significant case management experience in community services settings, preferably in domestic and family violence and/or family services or child safety sectors. You should have previous experience conducting risk and needs assessments with women and children, and be willing to work with children as individual clients. The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive Working with Children (Blue Card) check and current Australian Driver’s License are also required.
