Case Manager – Domestic Violence Welfare Recruitment Solutions

Salary: $77 – 84K + Super + Salary Packaging
 
Do you have experience helping women escape domestic violence and providing case management support? Welfare Recruitment Solutions have been approached by an industry leading not-for-profit organisation to assist in the recruitment of a case manager for their domestic violence program for vulnerable women. This role is availably immediate, so get in touch today!

Role
 
You will be working in a fast paced environment, providing mostly quick, short term case management support to women who are in crisis and experiencing domestic violence. Many of the women in the program will have unstable accommodation. You will also be conducting needs assessment, safety planning, crisis support, as well as helping connect them to appropriate services. This role will predominately be office based and involved very little outreach.

Candidate: 

  • Experience working with women and children escaping domestic and family violence.
  • Experience in case management and in a domestic violence support services,
  • Experience in needs assessment, safety planning, case coordination and advocacy for service users and in individualised outcomes- focused service delivery.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, community services or equivalent.
