CASE MANAGER – EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

THE ROLE

Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 + Super + Salary Packaging

Location: Work From Home (you must be based in or around the Albury, NSW area)

The primary objective of this role is to offer vocational and/or professional counselling to participants, aiding them in overcoming substantial obstacles that hinder their employment prospects. We are looking for a Social Worker with demonstrated experience in delivering clinical services to support vulnerable members of the community, and knowledge and experience of employment services. An understanding of the Employment Services, in particular, servicing requirement and knowledge of support services available to participants is necessary.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Bachelor Degree in Social Work – a Degree in Counselling, Psychology or other relevant field will also be considered
• Experience in providing clinical services
• Understanding of barriers to employment
• Willingness to undergo any relevant checks including Working With Children’s Check and National Police Check
• Covid-19 Vaccination
