This role will require regional travel to construction sites across New South Wales.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and support volunteer networks on site such as Connectors and ASIST workers
  • Support workers who are struggling and connect them to appropriate supports

Skills & Experience required

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work or Psychology, and registration (or ability to gain this) with relevant professional body (AASW or AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated experience in case management and an in-depth knowledge of mental health
  • A willingness to work with the existing LivingWorks ASIST intervention model
  • Ability to deliver programs effectively and be comfortable speaking and presenting to groups
  • A flexible and mature mindset, along with a calm, even-measured approach when working in a reactive environment
  • Strong time management, along with the ability to work autonomously and manage your own priorities

Benefits & Culture

This organisation fosters a friendly, honest, and supportive team environment. Additional benefits include:
  • An incredible opportunity to make a difference in mental health and suicide prevention
  • Varied role, with a mix of case management and training delivery
  • 5 weeks of annual leave, plus a monthly RDO
  • Work vehicle and laptop will be provided
  • Increased superannuation of 12% and salary sacrificing available
