JOB DESCRIPTION

For decades, this specialist community services organisation has been supporting clients as they recover from harmful substance addiction by providing holistic, evidence-based services tailored to individual needs. 

Based near Geelong, this facility offers the care and support to change lives and you will work with likeminded professionals who have a strong sense of purpose and care for others. They are an organisation that prides itself on being inclusive and diverse. 

The Role 

Supporting and leading a multidisciplinary team who provide therapeutic interventions for AOD recovery based on key assessments and individual consultations, your purpose is to support clients of the program to reach and exceed their goals. 

Your experience is extensive in supporting case management and programs across AOD or mental health with knowledge of assessments and the creation of client-centered treatment plans. 

You are a people person and possess leadership and coaching skills underpinned with credentials in Social work, Psychology, mental health or other health-related disciplines. A Certificate IV in AOD or Diploma is also preferred or a willingness to complete studies during your employment. 

There is a competitive salary on offer circa $110 TRP which includes salary packaging, enjoy continued learning opportunities and on-site parking.
