The Escaping Violence Payment (EVP) program offers financial assistance and confidential support for people who are leaving, or have recently left, a violent partner.
As the Case Worker, you will deliver the Escaping Violence Payments program by offering trauma informed, strength-based, client-centred services including intake, assessment and referrals to other programs and services.

You will:
- Have empathy with people experiencing intimate partner violence.
- Have the ability to estqablish positive, empowering relationships.
- Be organised and able to meet deadlines.
- Have a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal.
It is essential for you to have:
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
- Knowledge and understanding of domestic violence and financial hardship.
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience, in a paid or voluntary capacity.
A Certificate IV (or above) in a Human Services related field will be highly regarded.
You may also need to be available for some out of hours work and travel between Uniting Country SA sites or interstate as required.
