Gold Coast Homelessness Service is expanding across all three locations in Bilinga, Broadbeach and Labrador, with various roles throughout each program.

Your part in our UnitingCare team

The applicant will have experience working with people experiencing homelessness, including rough sleepers. They will be competent in identifying and understanding risks posed to children, as well as how to respond to effectively safeguard children.  They will be able to work autonomously as well as participate in and contribute to an established team of professionals.  

What makes a difference for us?  

You must have excellent verbal communication skills that enable you to assess needs accurately and extensively as well as transferable written communication skills to record assessments on the database. You must have a tertiary qualification in human services, community services, Youth Services or related field. A basic level of competence with technology is also required.
