Our agency is now under new management and has reinvented itself, with a new office three times bigger, a fresh new rebrand and positive delivery of services to all their participants. We specialize in supporting people with disability with a person centered approach and a strong clinical background to support our service delivery.

With the reinvention of CareCo Services we are looking for a Case Worker to join our dynamic team to help with our complex case load. 

The Case worker will have  the responsibility for ensuring that the day to day delivery of services is aligned to the business strategy and also meets the expectations and operational requirements of NDIS participants, employees, participants, their families and other stakeholders.

This is a full-time positions (38 Hours per week)

About You 

  • Demonstrated experience in the NDIS space, with a strong working knowledge of the relevant legislation and guidelines (including NDIS Pricing Arrangements and operational guides).
  • Previous experience as a Support Coordinator / Local Area Coordinator / Planner is essential.
  • Diploma in Community Service or social degree is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families.
  • Strong track record in project management and/or establishing new services.
  • Strong track record in community engagement and relationship building.
  • A passion for helping people build capacity, live a good life and achieve their goals.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Reliable, adaptable., motivated and committed to providing quality care.
