 Case Worker

Part time – 15 hours per week, Monday & Wednesday 9-5pm

Relationships Australia WA is a leading provider of relationship support services to the West Australian community with professional and highly motivated staff.

About the role

We are offering a permanent part time role of Case Worker in the team at our Bunbury office. The position involves supporting separated parents to stay engaged in their mediation process, linking families with other relevant service providers, guiding them through each step in their mediation process and empowering parents to create a better future for their family. The current vacancy is 15 hours per week. 

Skills, experience, and qualifications

The successful candidate will be a reliable, proactive and experienced professional with a commitment to personal growth. Essential to this role are demonstrated abilities working with parents, a thorough understanding of Mental Health as well as the dynamics of and experience in supporting families where there is family and domestic violence.

A Social Work, Psychology or other relevant Social/Community Services qualification is essential along with significant experience working with client groups experiencing crisis or distress.
