About the role

We are seeking a caseworker to join our Integrated Services team. The position provides quality case management, case coordination, support and information to single men, single women and families. The role provides opportunities to work as part of a large, dynamic team. The role is unique in covering a broad range of areas including homelessness, domestic violence, and family support.

You will be joining a supportive and inclusive environment. We value teamwork, collaboration, and offer continuous learning opportunities.

This is a Permanent Full Time Position

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Counselling, or other relevant fields 
  • AND/ OR Demonstrated experience working in case work or counselling role
  • Experience in social or community work, counselling, and group facilitation
  • Experience working a trauma informed approach with clients
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and written
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated but also work collaboratively as part of a wider team
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders, services, agencies, departments, and government and non-government organisations
  • Holds a current and valid Working with Children Check/Working with Vulnerable People Registration
  • Current drivers’ licence required
