Celtic Training Institute is part of the NextEd Group and is based in multiple states and we are currently looking to expand our training team in Brisbane with a casual trainer. This is a casual opportunity working two evenings a week (Monday & Tuesday) face to face in our Brisbane campus.

This is an exciting opportunity for a new trainer to work with Celtic Training to deliver a part time program for our students that are unable to commit to full time study.

- Provide ongoing training, support, observation and mentoring to learners that supports them to achieve their career goals.
- Be actively involved in the students achieving their career goals.
- Provide support and timely feedback to students to help them successful complete their qualifications.
- Openly share your skills and experiences so students have the knowledge and competencies they need to pursue a career in industry.

Essential Criteria
- Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualification.
- Hold a qualification in Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) or higher.
- Proven VET academic training experience
- Comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment and dedicating yourself to supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
- Commit to ongoing professional development and maintaining industry and VET currency.
- Strong level of interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication and organisational skills.
