Do you have experience and a passion for working with families and children with a focus on early intervention and prevention? Would you like to be part of a supportive team that embraces reflective practice, supervision and professional development? Then we would like to hear from you!
In this role you will provide a holistic response to the needs of families whose children are at imminent risk of out of home placement or requiring reunification following a period of out of home care. The Child and Family Practitioner works intensively with families in their homes to address issues relating to, but not limited to, child protection concerns. By providing negotiated combinations of therapeutic interventions, practical and emotional support, counselling and education, families are offered opportunities to make informed decisions and change for their future.

In addition to the above you will also be required to have:
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Human Service related field
- Qld Drivers Licence
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
