The Orange Door and Upper Murray Family Care

Strengthening families and individuals to build vibrant communities.

A key recommendation of the Royal Commission and the Roadmap for Reform was to establish a network of Support and Safety Hubs (The Orange Door) across Victoria to provide a new way for women, children and young people experiencing family violence, and families in need of support with the care, development and wellbeing of children and young people, to access coordinated support from community, health and justice services.

Thanks to ongoing growth and increased demand for our services in the region, we now have rewarding opportunities for Child Wellbeing Practitioners and Team Leaders in our Wangaratta and Wodonga offices.

A Rewarding Role – In More Ways than One

Working amongst our purpose-driven team of multi-disciplinary practitioners, you will receive constant support and space to practice as the best version of yourself. You can also anticipate:

  • Team Leaders will have the opportunity to earn a Level 6 salary, annualised to $96,500 – $101,200 (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
  • Access to NFP salary-sacrificing opportunities to maximise your take-home pay
  • Relocation assistance to help you move to this unique region
  • Access to company vehicles

Additionally, child and family services receive significant funding contributing toward the betterment of evidence-based training and services. As such, driven candidates have access to abundant professional development opportunities.

About the Opportunities
