Wuchopperen is a Community Controlled Aboriginal Health Organisation providing holistic health care services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of Cairns.
Permanent, Part Time (37.5 Hours per fortnight)
Hourly Rate $56.88 – $59.25 per hour
The purpose of the position is to refine, develop and monitor the overall performance and culturally led practice models for staff and programs in the Child, Youth and Family Services (CYFS) portfolio to meet client and contractual outcomes. The Practice Lead will support Managers and staff to develop and implement relevant evidence-based tools, resources as well as provide support and guidance to team members on implementation of cultural practice case management models within the nominated portfolio areas of:
- Children and Families
- Young People and Families
- Child and Family Wellbeing
- Reception and Administration Team

- Hold a current Blue Card (for suitability to work with children and young people)

- Possess a current driver’s licence
