Client Care Consultant

Womens Health and Family Services (WHFS) is an independent for purpose Western Australian organisation with an organisational vision of better futures for WA women.

We offer all of the benefits you would expect in a for purpose organisation – flexible working arrangements, salary packaging, and employee benefits that exceed award requirements, but most importantly we have a unique understanding of the needs of working women because we are ‘by women for women’.

  • Working towards, or successful completion of tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in counselling, psychology, social work, community services, family studies, health promotion, or a related field.
  • Minimum two years’ experience providing support, advocacy, or counselling for mental health and/or AOD clients.
  • Strong administration and diary management skills to provide support for a large team of multidisciplinary clinicians.

This is a permanent part-time position working 3 days per week. This position is based out of our Northbridge office but travel to other locations on occasion may be required.
