We are a small holistic Allied Health clinic based at Burpengary. Our clinics are led by one very passionate Director and an amazing, dedicated team of therapists, offering a range of disciplines including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Allied Health Assistant and Counselling.

As we have expanded to two premises, we are now on a mission to find a superstar Clinic Manager for our Burpengary clinic.

The Role: Clinic Manager

The Inside Out Therapy Clinic Manager will be the clinic’s heart and hands, responsible for everything from establishing relationships with our clients and their families to managing the day-to-day operations of the practice.

As we grow, your role will evolve. Initially, you will need to have a hands-on approach, undertaking a variety of tasks from scheduling, diary management, overseeing maintenance, tending to external stakeholders and day to day duties. As our clinical team expands, you will focus more on front desk operations and lead a growing clinical team, managing them towards our shared vision.

This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who enjoys variety in their work, seeks the challenge of helping to build a new clinic, and reaps the rewards of shared success.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Previous administration experience of at least ten years
  • Previous experience managing staff at least two years
  • Previous experience in allied health administration at least two years
  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude with the drive to succeed
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a professional phone manner and a high degree of empathy towards patients and staff
  • A meticulous attention to detail, a strong sense of organisation, and a proven history of initiative
  • An openness to learning and taking advice from the rest of the team to implement the best ideas
  • Flexibility to multitask and eagerness to learn quickly

Highly Desirable:

  • Cert III or higher in Administration or Business
  • Cert IV in Leadership and Management
  • Training and proficient in using Halaxy

  • Permanent Part Time
