Clinical Consultant

 

The Role

AccessEAP are looking for a very motivated and highly experienced registered clinician (counsellor, social worker, psychologist) for their Hobart office. The role will work independently, manage caseloads and quickly adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Relationship Managers to develop and grow customer relationships by providing clinical and consulting expertise, advice and problem-solving during customer meetings 
  • Working with customers, relationship managers and clinician-team to develop and co-design programmes 
  • Providing a range of clinical services according to your skill-set. These services can include one-on-one counselling, mediation and conflict resolution, training, manager support, supervision, organisational consultancy, and critical incident response.
  • Recording customer insights and creating case studies as part of supporting the consulting and sale process.

 The position is part of the Clinical Consulting Team.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • A qualification in Psychology, Social Work or Counselling
  • Registration with a professional Body
  • 5+ years of experience in varied environments

The Clinical Consultant is Permanent Part Time, 30.4 hours per week, remuneration is pro-rata.
