The Clinical Lead is a senior role playing a key role in providing clinical support, leadership, and quality management across discipline within the northern team in SA. This is a rare opportunity to take the next step in leading a highly skilled team of clinicians in delivering acute care within the community setting.

You will work closely with the Clinical Leads, National Service Delivery Managers, Program Leads and Clinical Governance in providing clinical support to the northern community team.
This role would be ideally located in the Northern area to support teams on in the community and provide care for our consumers on an ad hoc basis.

You are customer focused, a leader, an influencer and driving to deliver best practice outcomes across our programs at HSS. Degree qualified as a Registered Nurse, it is essential you bring a clinical background and proven capabilities in leading and managing successful teams within the health industry or acute community experience.

Other essential skills you’ll bring.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with a wide range of people
• Recent management experience in leading a remote clinical team
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in an acute or community setting
• Proficient IT skills and literacy
• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Working with Children Check/DCSI

A proactive communicator to your team on clinical performance, you will naturally form strong connections across HSS, department heads, Service Delivery Managers, Service Delivery Leads – Programs and case coordinators. You will also ensure that your team is well informed of HSS goals, quality, safety, and compliance.
