With an impressive range of Clinical & Health Services, the opportunity for a Clinical Lead to join the team in Tamworth is on offer.

The Position:

  • Engage & lead a multi-disciplinary team of allied health professionals in regional NSW
  • Clinical supervision across multiple locations including caseloads, referrals & KPIs
  • Foster a culture of high performance & quality, working with team members to promote ongoing PD & achievement of goals
  • Represent the organisation across the region, attend industry events
  • Cultivate productive relationships with key stakeholders 
  • Adhere to reporting, corporate governance & administration requirements
  • Maintain a small amount of client contact to allow you to meet professional membership requirements
  • Actively contribute as a member of the senior leadership team working towards the organisational goals

The Perfect Candidate:

  • AHPRA-Registered Psychologist, AASW-Accredited Social Worker or ACA-Registered Counsellor
  • 3-4 years’+ experience providing individual & group counselling, working with diverse clientele
  • Confident training & coaching others to reach their potential
  • Engaging, positive & professional, your strong interpersonal skills facilitate your success
  • Dedicated to positively contributing to individuals & communities across regional NSW
  • Driver’s licence 

The Benefits:

  • Salary package of $97,000-125,000 + Super + NFP benefits
  • Salary packaging up to $15,900/year & entertainment benefits of up to $2650/year (tax free)
  • Equivalent to c.$106-135K + Super in a private sector role
