With an impressive range of Clinical & Health Services, the opportunity for a Clinical Lead to join the team in Tamworth is on offer.
The Position:
- Engage & lead a multi-disciplinary team of allied health professionals in regional NSW
- Clinical supervision across multiple locations including caseloads, referrals & KPIs
- Foster a culture of high performance & quality, working with team members to promote ongoing PD & achievement of goals
- Represent the organisation across the region, attend industry events
- Cultivate productive relationships with key stakeholders
- Adhere to reporting, corporate governance & administration requirements
- Maintain a small amount of client contact to allow you to meet professional membership requirements
- Actively contribute as a member of the senior leadership team working towards the organisational goals
The Perfect Candidate:
- AHPRA-Registered Psychologist, AASW-Accredited Social Worker or ACA-Registered Counsellor
- 3-4 years’+ experience providing individual & group counselling, working with diverse clientele
- Confident training & coaching others to reach their potential
- Engaging, positive & professional, your strong interpersonal skills facilitate your success
- Dedicated to positively contributing to individuals & communities across regional NSW
- Driver’s licence
