About the role:
Supported by the Centre Manager, you will lead the team of Clinicians with supervision/ mentoring, peer reviews and holding a small case load as well. This will be primarily short term intervention with mild – moderate mental health related presentations using a range of therapies including CBT and therapeutic interventions, to support young people aged 12 – 25.
Utilise your experience in Mental Health therapy to support the team and participate in group supervision to learn and grow alongside your colleagues.
Duties:
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision and support to the team
- Undertake clinical service provision to a complex client case load
- Oversee the referral processes in and out of the service
- Contribute to a positive team culture and supportive environment
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing (MH), or Occupational Therapy (MH)
- Accreditation with AASW, AHPRA, or ACA
- Demonstrated experience in evidence based therapy with clients experiencing mental health challenges
- Knowledge in a range of different therapies
- Experience leading a team and providing supoervision is desirable
