To achieve this, they are looking for an experienced Clinical Manager, or Program Supervisor ready to step up, to partner with them to help create something really special.
About the role
Clinical
In this role you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the clinical framework, and all clinical processes and practices of ABA-based and aligned services for children. You will participate in the development of treatment decisions, reporting, analysis and plans, and provide some direct 1:1 treatment to clients. You will also have the responsibility of interacting with the NDIS.
Team Development
You will foster strong relationships with your team, supervising and developing them to engage, provide stretch and achieve accreditation. You will also continue to educate yourself to ensure you are positioned to provide the best possible guidance to the team, the organisation, clients and their families.
Clients and Family
You will support client’s needs, representing and championing them internally and externally to ensure they achieve their best outcomes. Working with client families, you will establish shared goals, provide clear and realistic feedback, and take the time to celebrate the wins. We also have some pretty exciting ideas about what we can do to support families better.
Business Management
With the owners, you will set organisational goals for providing effective services and ensure budget / strategic targets are met. Being a new organisation, you will also have the immediate responsibility to assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, making relevant purchasing decisions, and aiding the launch.
Requirements
- Ready to work with us to create something extraordinary
- Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- Skilled at managing, coaching and assessing team members to develop positive behaviour support plans, programs, social interaction, play skills and reporting, in a way which encourages ongoing learning
- Display a high level of professional judgment and knowledge in applied behaviour analysis, and other aligned approaches
- Ability to communicate your knowledge effectively, both verbally and in writing, to our team members, clients, parents, and external parties
- Skilled at analysing assessment results, designing appropriate individual treatment plans and behavioural programs, and monitoring progress
- Experience setting and achieving business goals is ideal
- Experience representing an organisation to the NDIS and achieving positive outcomes highly beneficial
- Experience developing a clinical framework would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
