Mind in Mind Psychology has been established for over 3 years and has expanded from 3 psychologists to 9 psychologists in the past 6 months. Despite this rapid expansion, we have upheld our commitment, quality and relationships with our clients and referrers. We are now seeking 1-2 additional psychologists to join our team.
Ideal candidate:
We are specifically seeking the following candidates:
- Psychologists with a strong focus on trauma, preferably with EMDR and/or Schema Therapy training.
- Psychologists with an interest in disability work, including NDIS.
- Health / Pain psychologists.
- Child and Adolescent psychologists (for assessment and therapy).
If these areas doesn’t fit with your areas of interest, you are still welcome to apply. We have great relationships with a range of referral sources (including GPs, lawyers, NDIS support coordinators, etc) and we receive referrals for a range of presenting concerns, so I am confident that we will be able to fill your diary in areas of psychology that are of interest to you.
We have moved into a brand new clinic with 8 clinic rooms and a staff room! We are located in Spotswood, just off the Westgate Freeway and a few minutes walk from the Spotswood train station. There is unlimited on-street parking and great cafes just a few minutes walk down the road.

About you
We are looking for applicants with the following essential criteria:
- AHPRA registration
- Eligibility to provide Medicare services (including psychology registrars)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to use appropriate technology and practice software (induction to practice software and ongoing support is available).
- Options are available for contractor or employment roles.
- Contractors must ensure they have an Australian Business Number (ABN) and Professional Indemnity Insurance
